These Terms govern your use of Homestead, an app published by NYRAI LLC ("we", "us"). By using Homestead you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. This is our end-user license agreement (EULA); it applies in place of Apple's standard EULA where permitted.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Homestead on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Homestead is free to download and includes a free tier. Homestead Premium is an auto-renewing subscription offered at $4.99/month or $39.99/year (prices may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your documents and data are yours and remain on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
Homestead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
